The volcanic soils of the Amaroo Plateau impart intensity, aromatic delicacy and bright natural acidity to the fruit of this classic cool-climate pinot noir. Perfectly ripened tannins highlight luscious fruit notes and an earthy texture in this medium bodied pinot making it a beautifully balanced wine.
Perfectly suited to a variety of foods due to it’s bright acidity, complexity and rich fruit character. It can pair well with delicte poached salmon to a rich braised duck. Goes well with mushroom, pork and chicken but can also handle spicy foods.
Medium bodied, fruity & complex. Finelight tannins with pleasing acids that support a medium to long finish.
